NEEDS AN OCEAN is a small business owned and operated by Bobby Anderson, hailing from Aledo, TX. We are a small team, with a big dream and care deeply. We’re thankful to have you in the landlocked community!
Order Changes / Address Updates:
Please double check your item, size, and address before placing your order. Once an order is submitted, there is a very short window of time for it to be altered. Please reach out to shop@needsanocean.com with your order number, email used at checkout, and the requested change. We cannot guarantee that we can make changes but we will do our best to accommodate before your order is shipped.

Any other items purchased in this same order will be held & shipped together once all items are in stock, unless stated otherwise. Please place a separate order if you'd like your non-pre-order items to ship sooner.
Standard Orders / In-stock Items:
Our standard processing time is 1-4 non-holiday business days. If there are any delays because of stocking issues, we will reach out to let you know.
Print On Demand Orders:
This timeline typically takes a week for production and a week for shipping. Plan for a two week processing time on all made-to-order products.
Shipping Estimates + Peak Season Disclaimer:
All dates and timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier – we are not responsible for delays or changes to these estimates. All dates are subject to change & fluctuation. Delays are always a likely possibility during peak season [October – January], holidays (especially December).
When will your items be in hand?
We aren't Amazon and, honestly, we don't want to be. We are a small team that cares deeply and we want to get your order to you as soon as possible.
To calculate your estimated delivery date, add 1-4 non-holiday business days (our standard processing time) to the estimated delivery time based on the shipping option you choose at checkout. For example, if you choose priority shipping to New York, add 3 shipping days to our 1-4 standard processing time, which means your estimated delivery date is between 4-7 non-holiday business days from the time you purchase.
If you need your items by a specific time, we encourage you to order with the latest estimated date in mind (e.g., 7 non-holiday business days). Please remember, it is always an estimate. Once it leaves out hands, we don't have control of the timeline.
Lost, Stolen, Damaged Mail Policy:
